Joey Bada$$, the golden 90's child has dropped a new single from his upcoming album Summer Knights, "Word is Bond" produced by Statik Selektah. The first time Summer Knights was announced, Joey described it as a Pro Era mixtape, it's since evolved from an EP to a full length project. "As you may know I released the artwork for my homie, the Brooklyn MC Joey Bada$. I wanted the artwork to give off the feel of a night time kind of aura, at the same time not feeling too cold but warm as if it was summer. Also the bikes in the image were sponsored by Strada Custom Bikes in NY. The image was origanially an image Joey took for instagram, an then we flipped. Also you may have noticed the face like image in the water, your not bugging, the image is a homage to the recently passed Pro Era founding member Capital Steez. 47."
